Honorary Consul, on the basis of agreement between Honorary Consul and the Republic of Latvia, is authorized to accept the documents required for issuing visas from citizens of the state of their residence, or from persons who are allowed to stay in a particular country for at least 14 days after submitting documents to the Honorary Consul.
